Information on fly fishing in the west of Ireland
Corrib trout, duckfly emerger (13-04-2008)
2 3/4lb trout which had earlier broke my line took a similar fly an hour and a half later but this time didn't get away. The original fly can be seen in the right scissors. The fish took further down the bay from where the initial break took place. The odds of this happening must have been massive. See archived report (13-04-2008).
